You will play a key part in ensuring exceptional student welfare, guiding learners through their transition into college and onward progression into employment or further study. By helping students set and achieve personalized goals, tracking progress, and encouraging reflection, you will nurture resilience and growth. Building strong, positive relationships, you will also lead on work experience opportunities, preparing students for the workplace and facilitating employer engagement. Alongside this, you will provide high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance across all aspects of student life, while contributing to SEND reforms through the monitoring and review of EHCP targets.**ABOUT THE ORGANISATION:**The College operates across three main campuses in Stevenage and Hitchin, employing over 650 staff. With a turnover of Β£30m, the college provides learning opportunities to over 10,000 students each year from study programmes for 16-18 year olds and apprenticeships through to adult provision locally, regionally and nationally.
