North Hertfordshire College in Stevenage seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead a generalist HR service across the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding to exit.

You will ensure legal compliance, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality service for a staff of around 600 across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll manage payroll inputs, benefits, pay reviews and HR systems, develop policies, and coach managers to apply best practices.
