We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Head of Organisational Development to lead the development and delivery of our people and culture agenda. This is a newly created leadership role with a genuine opportunity to influence organisational performance, employee engagement and workforce development across a successful and ambitious college.

Working closely with senior leaders, managers and colleagues across the organisation, you will lead initiatives that strengthen culture, support wellbeing, enhance staff engagement and ensure our workforce has the skills and capability required for the future.

About You

You will be a strategic HR/OD professional with experience of leading organisational development, culture and change initiatives within a complex organisation. You will be comfortable influencing at senior level, analysing workforce data and translating insight into practical action.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a senior HR or organisational development leadership role.
  • A strong track record of delivering organisational change and engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for creating positive workplace cultures that enable individuals and teams to perform at their best.
