We are seeking an exceptional and forward‑thinking leader to join the College as Director of Digital Technology, a newly created senior role reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver the College’s Digital and AI Strategy, ensuring technology investment and innovation support our strategic priorities, learner experience and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will drive the development of a modern, secure and inclusive digital environment, championing AI, digital skills and service improvement across both education and business operations. We are looking for a highly experienced technology leader with a strong track record of delivering digital strategy and large‑scale change within a complex organisation, ideally in education. You will combine strategic vision, technical expertise and excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
