Join our Outstanding Supported Studies team and help learners with diverse needs achieve their goals. As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll provide tailored in class and out of class support, help deliver inclusive learning, and promote independence for students with a range of additional needs.
What you’ll do:
- Support learners in line with EHCPs and individual targets
- Assist teaching staff and use assistive technology to enhance learning
- Provide 1:1 and small group study skills and pastoral support
- Help with communication, mobility, personal care, and medication where required
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews
- Support students with work experience placements
- Uphold safeguarding, EDI, and health & safety standards

Who we’re looking for:
