About the Role:
Join the dynamic Maths and English team at North Hertfordshire College as a Functional Skills and GCSE English Teacher. We’re looking for a passionate and creative educator who can inspire and support our students to achieve their potential in English. You’ll deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to a diverse range of learners, helping them build confidence and key literacy skills alongside their vocational studies.
The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning. You should be committed to continuous improvement, adaptable to different learning styles, and enthusiastic about working collaboratively to support student success.
About the Organisation:
The College operates across three main campuses in Stevenage and Hitchin, employing over 650 staff. With a turnover of £30m, the college provides learning opportunities to over 10,000 students each year from study programmes for 16-18 year olds and apprenticeships through to adult provision locally, regionally and nationally.
