Hart Learning & Development is seeking a passionate and dynamic Employability Tutor to join our team. If you\’re an inspiring educator who brings energy, creativity, and commitment to your teaching, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be delivering short, impactful courses to unemployed residents across Herts, Beds, and Bucks, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to re-enter the workforce. This role involves both the delivery and assessment of a range of Level 1 programmes and qualifications, with a particular focus on digital skills and supporting learners facing barriers to employment.

We offer high quality programmes in areas like Health, Business, Construction Trades, Management, and Professional Courses, serving companies of all sizes from big names such as the John Lewis Partnership and Lloyds Banking Group to local small businesses.
