North Hampshire Urgent Care is recruiting a Remote Monitoring Clinical Support Worker to join the expanding Remote Monitoring Service.
You will support patients at home through regular telephone and digital contact, review monitoring data, and escalate concerns to clinicians as required.
The role covers Level 2 proactive monitoring and Level 3 short-term intensive monitoring, with a mix of full-time, part-time and zero-hours opportunities based at the Farnborough Head Office.
