We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Data Manager to join our team at North Halifax Partnership. In this important role, you will work alongside our current Data Manager to support high‑quality data management, reporting and analysis across our Family Hubs. You will also help drive improvements in the way data is used, supporting colleagues and managers with clear, meaningful information that helps shape services for children and families.

  • Play a key role in managing data input, analysis and reporting for Family Hubs across the organisation.
  • Help make sure data is accurate, timely and meets agreed deadlines.
  • Lead consultation planning, coordination and analysis across the area.
  • Source external data to help inform and support Family Hub teams.
  • Create clear, meaningful reports that help managers and colleagues make informed decisions.
  • Provide leadership to the data team, helping to deliver an efficient, flexible and responsive service.
  • Drive the implementation, staff training and continued development of the new data system.
