Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager
- Management of a small commercial team for a respected building sub contractor on projects between £500k and £5m
- Developing collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, group companies and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes and best practice.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in quantity surveying
- Previous experience of commercially managing projects valued over £1m upwards
- Enthusiastic and ambitious individual who can share in the long term success of the company.
- At least part of your background is likely to have been spent with a main contractor or specialist subcontractor.
