Senior Surveyor – Residential Valuation Advisory London £65,000 – £80,000 + benefits A well-respected and growing property consultancy is seeking an MRICS-qualified Senior Surveyor to join its Residential Valuation team in London.

The role offers exposure to a high-quality range of residential valuation and leasehold matters across London and the UK, within a collaborative and technically strong team.

Key responsibilities include: Residential valuation advice for a broad client base, including statutory leasehold enfranchisement.

Negotiating lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.

Preparing Red Book–compliant valuation reports and advisory work.

Managing instructions end-to-end and delivering excellent client service.

Supporting team development and contributing to client relationships.

About you: MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer (essential).

Strong residential valuation experience with sound technical judgement.

Excellent report writing, numeracy and commercial awareness.

Motivated, professional and keen to progress within a quality advisory environment.
