Salary: Guide - £65,000 to £75,000 Basic salary

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager
  • Management of a small commercial team for a respected building sub contractor on projects between £500k and £5m
  • Developing collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, group companies and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying
  • Previous experience of commercially managing projects valued over £1m upwards
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious individual who can share in the long term success of the company.
  • At least part of your background is likely to have been spent with a main contractor or specialist subcontractor.
