This is a business with genuine momentum, led by a combination of respected Experts and experienced business professionals, it has been built around a clear ambition: to create a modern, independent and genuinely best-in-class home for leading experts.
As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking an established, testified Quantum Expert Witness to join its London team and play a significant role in developing its Quantum capability.
The Role The successful individual will: Provide high-level Quantum, dispute resolution and Expert Witness advice across complex construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure matters.
Act on significant, often £multi-million and £billion-value disputes, working closely with leading law firms, contractors, employers and other project stakeholders.
Act as a named/lead Quantum Expert, including preparation of expert reports and giving evidence where required.
Provide hands-on Expert Witness, litigation and arbitration support, particularly across complex quantum matters.
Become a key senior member of the London business and contribute to the continued development of its Quantum offering.
Develop new business while strengthening existing client and law firm relationships.
Help shape strategy, build the team and mentor the next generation of experts and dispute professionals.
The Individual We are interested in speaking with individuals who combine technical credibility, expert experience and commercial presence.
Ideally, you will offer: Strong professional qualifications, ideally supplemented by postgraduate or legal qualifications in construction law or dispute resolution.
A career demonstrating progression, intellectual rigour and a high level of technical aptitude.
A demonstrable track record acting as an Expert Witness and/or working closely alongside leading experts on major disputes.
Experience advising construction lawyers, contractors, employers and other sophisticated clients.
Experience of cross-examination, or the credentials and capability to act as a named/lead Quantum Expert.
Strong knowledge of major contract forms including NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC.
Experience across major building, infrastructure, oil & gas, energy or power projects.
The personality and ambition to contribute to a growing business rather than simply occupy a role within one.
