General Practice Surveyor London, UK £40,000 to £45,000 plus excellent benefits package We are working with a highly reputable and dynamic property consultancy who currently seek a General Practice Surveyor for their London team.
We are seeking an ambitious individual, preferably chartered, to play a crucial role in in this team, providing advice and support to their prestigious client base.
The business is well known for its commitment to and development of its staff and the role suits someone career minded who wants to be in a stable and progressive environment long term.
Responsibilities Conducting property valuations and appraisals to determine market values.
Undertaking feasibility studies and providing recommendations on property proposals.
Managing property portfolios, including lease negotiations and renewals.
Conducting site inspections and property surveys to assess condition Preparing and presenting reports on property market trends and investment opportunities.
Advising clients on property investment strategies and potential risks.
Collaborating with other professionals, such as architects and engineers Staying updated with industry regulations / trends to provide accurate and reliable advice.
Requirements Degree qualified, RICS chartered status or recently qualified Experience in general practice surveying in a consultancy environment.
Excellent knowledge of property valuation methods and relevant legislation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with clients.
Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects Ambitious mindset with a passion for the property industry.
