Responsibilities
- Provide independent expert opinion on electrical engineering issues for legal proceedings
- Draft clear, defensible expert reports and rebuttals
- Review and analyse project data and technical specifications
- Present oral evidence under cross-examination when required
Key requirements
- 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering project delivery, design, or management
- Chartered Electrical Engineer or similar professional accreditation
- Experience in dispute resolution or expert witness work preferred; transitions from industry supported
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
