This exciting consultancy business is looking for a Director to lead growth in the Saudi construction and dispute resolution space. You’ll be at the forefront of high-value claims, expert witness appointments, and complex arbitration cases — working with top-tier contractors, consultants, law firms, and government bodies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business growth in KSA across construction expert witness and dispute advisory.
- Seek and convert expert witness and claims appointments on mega-projects.
- Build productive, strategic relationships with government bodies, law firms, contractors & project stakeholders.
- Represent the company at high-level industry events and forums.
- Navigate FIDIC, Saudi procurement regs, and arbitration frameworks (ICC, DIAC, SCCA).
What you ideally bring:
- 10+ years in construction claims/expert witness (Saudi / MEast market expertise essential).
- Engineering or Surveying background (civil or related) ideally with additional legal qualifications.
- Proven interest for front end business development — you’ve originated, pitched, and closed business.
- Ideally an existing network in KSA to build from.
- Ideally part of your career will have been spent in a management/leadership role within the dispute resolution sector.
- Arabic speaker is desirable.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Saudi driving licence.
