The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering first-class building surveying services, with a strong focus on contract administration and refurbishment projects across a diverse property portfolio. Alongside technical delivery, you’ll help drive business growth, support client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and delivering high-quality building surveying services across varied assets
- Acting as Contract Administrator on refurbishment schemes
- Managing client relationships and contributing to new business development
- Overseeing project delivery for investor and occupier clients
- Supporting financial performance and profitability initiatives
- Mentoring graduates and contributing to team development
- Representing the business at industry and networking events
What We’re Looking For
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong experience across both professional and project-led surveying work
- Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and collaborative
- Able to manage multiple instructions with precision and pace
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
