This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities in EYFS classes within a specialist setting. You will lead a small team to deliver a specialist sensory-rich curriculum ensuring that pupils can access learning that is appropriate to their individual needs through individualised learning plans. The early years pupils at Addington School are up to Year 3. Staff are trained in a range of specialist approaches including Sensory Stories, Intensive Interaction and specialist communication tools (e.g. Makaton, PECS) to build engagement and provide an exceptional learning journey for every pupil.
