40 Hours per week (Monday-Friday) Fixed Shifts Across Nursery & Out of School Care

Salary up to £28,135.86 per annum based on 40 hours per week - depending on qualification

North Edinburgh Childcare is creating a brand - new role for a fully qualified childcare practitioner who thrives on variety, teamwork and making a difference for children across our community.

This post is designed for someone who enjoys working with different age groups, can adapt quickly to changing needs, and feels confident stepping into varying teams across both our nursery and out of school provisions. You’ll work a fixed weekly pattern totalling 40 hours, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll bring

• A recognised childcare qualification (SCQF Level 7 or equivalent)
• A genuine enjoyment of working with children of all ages
• Confidence working under pressure and staying calm in busy environments
• A flexible, positive approach to teamwork
• The ability to build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Reliability, professionalism and a commitment to high - quality practice.

• Working across nursery and out of school care settings
• Supporting children aged 4 months-12 years with care, learning and play
• Slotting into different teams and routines with ease
• Delivering high - quality experiences that reflect our values
• Contributing to a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
• Following fixed weekly shifts
