We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated administrator to join our Finance & Business Department on a sessional basis. As a Sessional Worker, your hours will vary and are not guaranteed, depending on organisational needs.
If you’re confident with cloud based systems, skilled across Microsoft Office, and experienced in administration, reception practices and general office work, you could be a great fit.
What You’ll BringYou’ll take pride in delivering high quality administrative support and creating a welcoming, professional environment for staff, families and visitors. You’ll be adaptable, proactive, and ready to support a wide range of tasks across the organisation. Strong communication skills are essential — you’ll be building relationships, supporting staff and service users, and gathering information accurately and sensitively. You’ll also be someone who can organise and prioritise your workload effectively, contributing to the smooth running of our administrative, customer service and charities systems. You’ll join a close, supportive team who work collaboratively every day. Because this role involves staff and children’s processes, confidentiality and discretion are essential, along with a clear understanding of GDPR.
What You’ll Need- Administration qualification (or equivalent) or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with cloud based software
- Confidence supporting administration, reception practices and general office tasks
- Flexibility to work sessional, non guaranteed hours
