Responsibilities
- Teach and train students in a variety of learning environments.
- Act as course leader for City & Guilds Level 1 and IMI Level 2 within the college.
- Assist the department management team to develop Motor Vehicle and Motor Sport courses, including new short courses.
- Support the college race team principal at student motor sport events as required.
- Guide, motivate and encourage learners to achieve outstanding results.
- Assist with quality monitoring activities to ensure delivery of high-level teaching.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Motor Vehicle with a recognised qualification in City & Guilds or IMI (Level 3).
- Experience with Electrical Vehicle hybrid.
- Teaching experience or assessor award is highly desirable but not essential.
- A passion for high standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience providing outstanding support for learners.
