- Teach effectively on a range of programmes across the College curriculum, including timetabled lessons, cover, delivery of muddles, or bespoke provision

Level 3 or above industry-related qualification in professional cookery - Teacher trained or willingness to work towards
- Recent industry experience in professional cookery
