Responsibilities
- Supporting children in play and learning activities
- Everyday care routines such as meal and sleep times
- Enhancing the environment with creative and exciting ideas
- Observing and record keeping of children's development and planning to meet their individual needs
- Establishing positive relationships with parents and carers
- Confidence to speak to adults and children
- Ability to work in a team
Qualifications
- Passion for childcare
- Relevant Childcare Qualification is desirable
Job Details
- The role is employed through Nescot Enterprises Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nescot which operates different terms and conditions.
- Up to £27,934 per annum for full‑time qualified practitioner (full time, part time or bank nursery practitioners and an Early Years Supervisor are also recruiting).
- (Total salary including market supplement dependent on skills, qualifications and experience)
