What we are looking for:

Main Duties/responsibilities:

  • Attendance monitoring
  • Drive participation in projects like the student union/voice, enrichment activities, personal development and external speakers and will have a vision for the Student Common rooms to provide space for learners to commit to the various areas of life at college
  • Support students effectively and engage with the college community, linking the work of curriculum and pastoral teams, safeguarding and campus support to enhance the engagement and behaviour of learners on campus.
  • Ensuring students play a positive part in college life and enjoy being here, championing student behavioural standards and will help plan and lead various pastoral and personal events and opportunities for students and departments to take part in
  • Actively engage with students across the public spaces of the campus, every day and will know individuals well, developing trusted relationships with the student body.
