Duties / responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the English curriculum (GCSE with some Functional Skills)
- Deliver approximately 7.5 hours of teaching weekly
- Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based pedagogy
- Monitor, track and lead outstanding learner outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-college teams to enhance quality, inclusion and progression

Nescot is graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all eight aspects.
