North East Surrey College of Technology (NESCOT) seeks an experienced quality professional to lead the college's quality improvement framework and annual quality cycle. The role will advise senior leaders on performance, risk and capacity to improve, and share best practice through workshops and communities of practice.
You will oversee Self‑Assessment Reports and Quality Improvement Plans, use performance data and learner feedback to prioritise action, and ensure compliance with OfS, QAA, OIA.
