  • Experience working with speed, accuracy and attention to detail, using your own initiative

  • Experienced and very confident using the Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Administering processes for all Partnerships work, including sales administration, processing starts and employer/learner data records
  • Adult Learner tracking of registrations, enrolments and withdrawal data
  • Recording progress to targets on the sales and Adult Learning trackers accurately, ensuring all paperwork requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Administering apprenticeships starts including initiating the Initial assessment through curriculum colleagues and monitoring completion
  • Monitoring our On-Line Learning Platform and keeping it up to date
  • Regular updating of records and liaising with the apprenticeships team to process 26/27 apprentice starts ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate and timely
  • Attend and take minutes of meetings, along with other typical administrative tasks as required
  • Maintaining accurate and auditable learner records, and monitoring attendance, progress and completions through our online learning platform
