North East Screen is the North East of England’s screen industry development agency, supporting the growth of film, television and digital content production across the region. We attract inward investment, develop crew, talent and suppliers, and champion the North East as a world‑class destination for screen production.

As our work continues to grow, high‑quality data, evaluation and impact reporting are increasingly important to how we evidence success, meet funder requirements and support strategic decision‑making.

We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Data and Evaluation Manager to lead the collection, management, analysis and reporting of data across North East Screen. This is a key role at the heart of the organisation, helping us evidence the impact of our work across production, skills, talent and business development, Film Office, the North East Production Fund and wider regional screen sector activity.

You will manage our monitoring, evaluation and IT systems, support funder reporting, develop clear dashboards and insight for the Senior Leadership Team, and ensure our data is accurate, consistent and meaningful. You will also help us tell the story of North East Screen’s impact through robust evidence, case studies and clear reporting.

We are looking for someone with strong data, evaluation and reporting experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex information into clear insight for colleagues, funders and stakeholders.

Salary - £38,424

Reporting to - Finance Director
