North East Scotland College (NESCol) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Strategic Plan and partner with senior leaders across the College to drive organisational effectiveness. You will advise managers on employee relations, workforce planning, change, attendance and performance, wellbeing, and policy development, helping to create a progressive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace for colleagues and students.
