We are seeking an organised, creative and proactive Events Officer to plan, coordinate and deliver a diverse portfolio of events. From open days and recruitment fairs to employer engagement sessions, awards ceremonies and community showcases, you will ensure every event reflects the College’s commitment to excellence and opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects from concept to completion.

Person Specification
- Qualifications: Degree/HND/HNC (SCQF Level 7) or professional qualification/experience in a marketing or communication/events discipline. Evidence of commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience and Knowledge: Experience of planning and delivering events. Experience of third party liaison and contract management. Working knowledge of relevant hardware, software and processes within the marketing and communication sector.
- Skills: Practical event management and marketing and communication skills. Organisational skills, including the ability to work on own initiative and without supervision. Interpersonal skills. Team working skills. Communication and presentation skills. IT skills.
