We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join us on a self-employed basis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct residential property inspections
- Identify and report on defects and maintenance issues
- Produce clear, accurate survey reports
- Communicate with clients before and after surveys
- Deliver a high standard of professional and customer service
Requirements
- Qualification in residential property surveying
- Membership of RPSA or RICS
- Experience carrying out residential property surveys
- Strong report-writing and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel locally (desirable)
