The North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) is looking to appoint an Estates Project Officer to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of estates and facilities projects across our system.

Main duties of the job:

  • This is a varied and rewarding role within the Estates Team, offering the opportunity to take the lead on a wide range of estates and facilities projects.
  • You will provide effective and confidential project management on a day-to-day basis, ensuring projects are delivered to time, quality and cost, while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Working closely with Directors, senior managers, GP Practices, Primary Care Networks, providers and external estates organisations such as NHS Property Services, Community Health Partnerships and LIFT companies, you will support both strategic and operational estates priorities.
  • You will balance planned project delivery—such as refurbishments, moves, maintenance and improvements—with responding to evolving estates requests, ensuring the changing project landscape is well managed.
