The HR Team at North East Museums are looking to appoint an enthusiastic HR administrator to support the team. The post holder will be required to undertake a wide range of HR administration for both North East Museums and our Trading Company TWAM Enterprises Ltd.
As part of a busy small team of three, you will work closely with your colleagues and have the opportunity to get involved and support a wide range of HR work. You will help with our recruitment processes, HR related procurement and administering learning and development activity.
You will also assist in recording, processing and producing statistical information and reports using Excel spreadsheets, the Newcastle City Council’s SAP HR system, ‘ilearn’ our Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems as required.
The post is diverse and requires someone with excellent organisational and ICT skills and some HR procedures knowledge. Previous experience of working within an HR or closely related area is required. You will be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and have the aptitude to use your own initiative.
We have an office based in the Discovery Museum in Newcastle and work in line with our Agile Working Policy to support business needs working on a regular basis between home, the office and also our other Museum venues.
