Join us as an Insight and Performance Lead. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how evidence and insight drive decision‑making across the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority. As Insight and Performance Lead, you’ll take ownership of the analytical foundations of our Performance Management Framework, ensuring data is not only robust and consistent, but genuinely meaningful.
Working at the heart of the organisation, you’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports senior leaders, programme boards and elected Members to make informed decisions that deliver real impact for communities across the region. You’ll lead the development of high‑quality performance reporting, dashboards and data standards, working collaboratively with teams across all directorates to strengthen data quality, consistency and alignment with our missions and strategic priorities.
Combining hands‑on analytical expertise with strategic leadership, you’ll influence how we design and evolve our performance systems, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and evidence‑based delivery. This is an ideal role for a confident and forward‑thinking analyst who is passionate about turning data into insight and insight into action.
