We are looking for a motivated advisor to join our innovative Kinship Zone pilot programme on a fixed‑term (3.5 years) full‑time basis. This is a unique opportunity to support older children in kinship families to access meaningful employment, education and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with young people, employers and partners to break down barriers, build confidence and create sustainable career pathways.
  • Provide tailored guidance, remove barriers and champion young people’s ambitions at every step.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers, training providers and key agencies such as the DWP.
  • Coordinate and oversee a skills and employability programme to ensure high levels of engagement and positive outcomes.
  • Manage caseloads and coordinate programmes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong commitment to supporting young people, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in employment support, training programmes or working with young people.
  • Ability to effectively manage caseloads and coordinate programmes.
  • Proactive, passionate and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
