We are looking for a motivated advisor to join our innovative Kinship Zone pilot programme on a fixed‑term (3.5 years) full‑time basis. This is a unique opportunity to support older children in kinship families to access meaningful employment, education and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with young people, employers and partners to break down barriers, build confidence and create sustainable career pathways.
- Provide tailored guidance, remove barriers and champion young people’s ambitions at every step.
- Build strong partnerships with employers, training providers and key agencies such as the DWP.
- Coordinate and oversee a skills and employability programme to ensure high levels of engagement and positive outcomes.
- Manage caseloads and coordinate programmes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong commitment to supporting young people, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in employment support, training programmes or working with young people.
- Ability to effectively manage caseloads and coordinate programmes.
