We are seeking an inspirational, experienced social worker to help put children and families at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality support for children in care and care leavers.
- Your role will involve managing cases, making important decisions, and providing ongoing support as these young people transition to adulthood.
- Your dedication and compassion will ensure that children in care and care leavers have the best possible start in life and the support they need to thrive.
Qualifications
Please note: at this time, we are only accepting applications for qualified Social Workers as well as those looking to undertake their ASYE year. - At least one reference must be from your current or most recent employment, placement or work experience (if you are an agency worker at NELC, please provide your agency as a reference).

- References will only be requested if you are offered and have accepted a position.
Note: This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at a level appropriate to the post. It is a contractual and essential requirement that the successful candidate is registered with the DBS Update Service.
