Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, flexible and resilient business support across a range of functions.
  • Coordinate work allocation and manage workflow effectively.
  • Support colleagues, handle escalations and contribute to projects and process improvements.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience delivering a range of business support and administrative functions.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence using IT systems and producing reports.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to coordinate work and manage workflow effectively.
  • Driving licence desirable due to travel requirements.

Key Information

The post will be based within Family Hubs and will require travel across multiple locations within North East Lincolnshire.

Part‑time schedule (18.5 hours per week):

  • Monday and Tuesday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (30‑minute unpaid break)
  • Wednesday: 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Flexibility will be required to meet service needs.
