We have an unwavering commitment to Children in our Care. You will be taking a lead role in ensuring our Children’s Homes and Supported Accommodation are providing the best outcomes for our childrenensuring they receive stability, care and love.

You will be joining a service on a relentless journey with collaboration at the forefront of our provision. Working with colleagues across our Children\’s Services and community partners, we continue to develop networks of support, stability and unlimited potential for our young people.

Registered Manager – Children\’s Homes and Supported Accommodation

We are looking for a strong, compassionate, and decisive leader to supervise and support a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional care, love, and support for every child in line with the Children\’s Homes Regulations (2015) and Supported Accommodation Regulations (2023).

The nature of this role means that you will work on a rota basis covering evenings and weekends routinely with a pattern of working one weekend in every four– patterns covering 09:30am – 20:00pm.

  • Ensure every child receives the support, stability, and guidance they need.
  • Work closely with partners to safeguard young people and drive the best outcomes.
