The Role
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of exploring and organising people data using advanced business intelligence tools. You’ll build and link data sets to create insightful visualisations, leveraging storytelling techniques to inform strategic and operational decisions on people-related issues. Tools like Power BI and Data Warehouse solutions will be your playground.
As a People Analytics Specialist, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to develop insightful questions and hypotheses, diving deep into data to uncover patterns and trends. You’ll manage and enhance data quality, ensuring compliance with GDPR. Your role involves performing data quality checks, conducting complex analyses and presenting your findings, being able to tell a story with it. You’ll utilise advanced analytical techniques and your coding skills to support data needs.
About You
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in people data projects and delivering people data products or services. While experience in the public sector is desirable, it is not essential. You will have a knack for storytelling with data and experience working with multiple complex data sets. Your ability to analyse data, find patterns and derive data, as well as build and test data pipelines and products, will set you apart.
