We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced, enthusiastic, and committed Nurse to join our Public Health Nursing team in North East Lincolnshire to undertake the Named Nurse role.
Please note: you must be a registered nurse with SCPHN qualification for this role.
As the Named Nurse for Safeguarding, you will lead safeguarding practice across our Public Health Nursing service in North East Lincolnshire. You'll provide expert advice to practitioners, ensure statutory safeguarding requirements are met, and promote the welfare of children and adults. You will help shape long term safeguarding strategy, work closely with partner agencies, and model a strong safeguarding culture. You will also lead a small team of specialist nurses, offering high quality supervision, training, and professional support.
Reporting to the Head of Service, you'll contribute to quality assurance, service improvement, and effective multi-agency communication.

- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and statutory frameworks
- The ability to deliver and champion high quality safeguarding practice

- Experience delivering safeguarding supervision and training
