Children in Our Care Team

You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality support for children in care and care leavers. Your role will involve managing cases, making important decisions, and providing ongoing support as these young people transition to adulthood. Your dedication and compassion will ensure that children in care and care leavers have the best possible start in life and the support they need to thrive.

Our Offer

Social Workers from out of the area will also have access to a relocation and travel from home scheme worth up to £8,000. Please note: at this time, we are only accepting applications for qualified Social Workers as well as those looking to undertake their ASYE year.

Please note: This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at a level appropriate to the post. It is a contractual and essential requirement that the successful candidate is registered with the DBS Update Service.
