Are you passionate about delivering essential business support services across North East Lincolnshire? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our central business support team. We have two vacancies available: 1x Full‑time fixed term contract until March 2027 for maternity cover, and 1x 18.5‑hour part‑time permanent.

What will your day look like? Our Business Support Officers are the essential pillars that support the day‑to‑day operations. They handle a variety of tasks, including customer service, processing financial transactions such as invoices, raising orders, budget reconciliation, reception responsibilities and minuting meetings. Their contributions are pivotal to the efficient and seamless operation of our services. The nature of the work is diverse and dynamic, establishing the foundation for critical services throughout the organisation.

This role involves supporting a large, dynamic team and offers the opportunity to work in various offices. You will be providing vital support to a range of services.

This position will require you to work with sensitive and confidential information. Applicants will work on a blended role profile where there could be a mixture of home and office based working and may be asked to work from different sites, depending on the needs of the services we support. The successful candidate may be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at a level appropriate to the post and to register with the DBS Update Service within 30 calendar days of the issue date on the certificate.
