We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Apprentice to join our team on a full‑time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in Learning and Development while gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 apprenticeship qualification.

What will your day look like? No two days are the same in this role. You’ll support a range of learning and development activities, helping to keep our apprenticeships and other early‐careers programmes running smoothly. You’ll work with colleagues across the organisation, keep records up to date, support events and training sessions, and help learners have a positive experience from start to finish. You’ll also promote opportunities, support digital systems, and gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Who are we looking for? If you have a strong interest in learning, development or early careers and enjoy working in a supportive, fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. You might have:

  • Experience in a customer service, administrative or support role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage your time effectively
  • Confidence using digital tools such as Microsoft Office
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback and develop new skills

You will also:

  • Be committed to completing a Level 3 Learning & Development Apprenticeship
  • Have (or be willing to achieve) GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (or equivalent)

Please note: This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at a level appropriate to the post. It is a contractual and essential requirement that the successful candidate is registered with the DBS Update Service. You have 30 calendar days from the "date of issue" printed on your standard or enhanced DBS certificate to register for the DBS Update Service using the certificate number.
