We are recruiting for a Public Health Nurse on a full time (37.5 hrs) fixed term (2 Year) basis. This is a unique opportunity for a registered nurse looking to make the next step in your nursing career. This is a role that aligns work-life balance, career development and making a real difference to our communities.
What will your day look like? Your day will revolve around supporting a shared caseload ranging from health appraisals, helping deliver health education, or contributing to health promotion activities. You will contribute to the realisation of the outcomes for North East Lincolnshire, in particular to enable all people in our communities to feel safe and be safe, to have good health and wellbeing and to realise their potential through skills and learning. This will be achieved through the effective delivery of a range of support to young people and families in the locality, in order to improve their health and wellbeing and reduce the need for statutory intervention.
