Responsibilities
You will be working as part of the Local Taxation and Benefits Shared Service in a fast paced environment dealing with Council Tax billing and enquiries. You will be determining liability, including processing discounts and exemptions to maximise council tax collection.
You will need excellent customer service skills and will be required to answer customer queries over the telephone as part of the role.
We need people who are team players and are committed to providing an efficient service to the residents of North and North East Lincolnshire.
We offer blended working between home and office. Once the appropriate training is complete you will have the option to work mainly from home.
The team supports flexible working, however, for this role we require your working pattern to be Wednesday to Friday to support business need.
