Join us in this role within the Nexus Rail Infrastructure Maintenance team as a Section Supervisor in Off-Track & Structures on a full-time basis. This position will be a critical role that ensures the safety and reliability of Nexus Infrastructure by delivering upon the planned, reactive and corrective maintenance, inspection regime and capital maintenance of the Departmental Asset Management portfolio as determined by the Engineering Manager Off-Track & Structures.
You will be responsible for the undertaking and delivery of asset management activities within the Off-Track & Structures department, including the inspection, maintenance, repair, and renewal of assets such as vegetation, boundaries, road-rail access points, level crossings, lineside drainage, and structural surfaces and structures. All activities will be undertaken in accordance with Nexus Safety Standards, Procedures, and the Integrated Management System.
Additionally, you will undertake direct frontline leadership, management, and supervision of staff to ensure that off-track asset management works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required performance and quality standards, while maintaining a reliable and cost-effective service.
The role involves working knowledge and experience in Off Track or Structures maintenance / inspection and people management. You will need key skills and initiative, ability to strategically plan and deliver works across numerous workstreams.

Total salary package circa £43,450 – £53,460 dependant on skills and experience.
