We are seeking a Reset Behaviour Lead to manage the Reset Provision as part of the school’s behaviour strategy, providing a safe, structured and supportive environment for students who require time away from lessons due to serious behaviour incidents.
The Reset Behaviour Lead will:
- Provide operational and strategic leadership of the Provision.
- Deliver high standards of behaviour management and student support.
- Work collaboratively with staff, students, parents and external agencies to reduce exclusions and promote positive reintegration.
- Support the development and implementation of whole-school behaviour and inclusion strategies
We are seeking applications from candidates with a proven track record of effectively managing student welfare issues to achieve a positive outcome in a secondary school or specialist young people\’s setting, combined with a working knowledge of the social, emotional, mental health and other welfare issues that affect children and their families at school. Candidates must possess previous experience working with multi-agencies and the ability to form effective, professional relationships with all students and stakeholders.
