Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for making a difference? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our academy principal and contribute to the smooth functioning of our exciting work environment.
This is a one-year fixed term opportunity starting ASAP

You will have a real opportunity to make a difference to the lives of our pupils by contributing to our vision and acting as a key point of contact for key stakeholders including governors, parents and staff seeking contact with the principal.
In addition to typical executive assistant duties including diary management and general administration you will provide confidential support across a wide variety of activities including complaints, preparation of confidential reports and documents and other complex enquiries that are directed to the Academy Principal.
You will work with key partners within the academy and across the wider trust including colleagues from central finance and People and Culture teams. You will support recruitment and selection activity so a keen interest in people is a must.
You may have experience as an administrator or have been working as a PA but ready to take on your next challenge. We’re keen to hear from applicants who are ambitious, brave and curious who are keen to genuinely make a difference.
