Corporate Planning as a team contribute to the success of the whole organisation, working collaboratively with partners across the business and stakeholders in the wider region we provide data and insights to support decision making, develop business cases to secure funding and write strategy and policy to steer our overall objectives. All this culminates in our corporate business plan which we develop and monitor.
