Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for an Improvement Business Partner to join our team here at Xentrall HR Services, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.

Xentrall HR Services delivers comprehensive Payroll and Recruitment support to both Stockton and Darlington Borough Councils, as well as to a wide network of schools and academies.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the performance of our wider HR Services. Your focus will be on driving service improvements, increasing operational efficiency, and identifying innovative opportunities for future growth.

We are seeking a proven leader with substantial experience in HR administration and payroll operations, ideally within the public sector. You will bring a strong track record of delivering transformational change and implementing process improvements that make a lasting impact.
